Should Systola staff change settings on customer computers or log on to customer computers for demonstration and testing purposes, this Quick Support Module is required.

When instructed by Systola, download this file and follow further instructions. After the case is closed, you can delete the file from your system.

  1. Click on "Download file" on the left side, save the file in a suitable location on your hard disk, unpack the contained program and start it.
  2. Give your ID number (appears on the display) to the support staff member.
  3. Follow further instructions from the staff.
