With SystoLOCK, passwords for logging in are a thing of the past. Thanks to smart features, the revolutionary authentication solution is now even more secure and easier to use.
An insecure password, a good hacker and sensitive data is freely accessible. What sounds improbable at first is unfortunately reality in many cases. Time and again, companies fall victim to cyber criminals who gain access to sensitive and private information. Insecure passwords are one of the most common reasons why hackers succeed.
Systola has therefore created SystoLOCK, a system that can be used to increase security in Microsoft Windows environments. The revolutionary authentication solution does without passwords completely and instead uses OTP (one-time password) and PIN for the login. The patent-pending system makes logging in for employees in companies enormously secure and minimises the risk of harmful cyber attacks. Thanks to new features, SystoLOCK is now even easier and more practical to use.
Scanning instead of typing
Gone are the days when you had to type in user data yourself every time. Because SystoLOCK now also makes it possible to have them filled in automatically. This is done with the SystoLOCK Companion mobile app, which scans the QR codes provided. Compared to other registration processes, this not only saves time, but is also enormously convenient.
Offline login for employees in the home office or when travelling
Many companies have concerns about data security when their employees access the company server from the home office. SystoLOCK therefore grants secure login even for computers that are not currently connected to the corporate network. This feature is similar to Duo Security's offline authentication, but offers the convenience of a native environment in comparison.
Support for Office 365 & Co.
Office & Co. have become an indispensable part of everyday office life. That is why SystoLOCK can now also be used to log in to cloud services such as Office 365 thanks to AD FS (Active Directory Federation Services). This means that only one authentication procedure is required to be able to work across the board, without constant logins and password entries.
Simple alternative to smartcards and special solutions
With SystoLOCK, insecure passwords in the company are finally a thing of the past.
