KB 100006: Remote Support Module
Should Systola's employees require access to your computer or should they otherwise need to login to your computer for testing purposes, you would need this remote-access module.
Once directed to do so, download the file and follow further instructions. After the case is closed, you can deleted the file from your system.
1. Click on the "Download File" button on the left, save the file to a convenient location on your hard-drive and start it.
2. Give the supporter your ID (appears within the programm).
3. Follow further instructions.
